Dr. Benikov is a well-known physician with many years of experience in pediatrics, endocrinology, and genetics. Dr. Benikov graduated with honors from medical school in Kiev, Ukraine. She was the founder and head of the children's ward at The Endocrinology Institute, the most famous Ukrainian hospital for children with endocrine, metabolic, and genetic disorders. She was also the Chief Pediatrician-Endocrinologist of the Ministry of Public Health in the Ukraine, and taught students in medical school and physicians in the postgraduate institute.
Dr. Benikov is author and co-author of six books, four patents, and about two hundred articles and instructional manuals. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
