Medical Exam in orphanage (subject to cooperation of orphanage director). Fees are as above for medical exam plus extra for travel expenses (contact Dr. Belova for exact quote). 
Review of medical summaries with written response and comments by email. This will include follow-up email correspondence.

Laboratory tests available include VDRL, HIV, HepBsAg, and Hepatitis C. These tests may or may not be permitted by a particular orphanage. The laboratory cost for all 4 tests is $50.
